Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Whitcomb Homestead handles Google user data accessed through WH Atlas Drive Operator, a private internal automation and administrative tool. The tool is not a public SaaS product and is available only to the Whitcomb Homestead owner and authorized Whitcomb Homestead users.

Google Drive information the tool may access

When an authorized user grants access, WH Atlas Drive Operator may access Google Drive file and folder metadata and content needed for approved Whitcomb Homestead work. This may include file IDs, names, parent folders, file types, ownership and permission metadata, modification information, versions or revisions where available, and the contents of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDFs, images, and other Drive files. The tool may also create, edit, move, or archive authorized Whitcomb Homestead records when separately permitted by Whitcomb Homestead governance and owner approvals.

How information is used

Google user data is used only for authorized Whitcomb Homestead operational, administrative, archival, provenance, audit, records-management, and controlled-work purposes. Access to Google Drive does not by itself authorize an operation; Whitcomb Homestead approval and control requirements continue to apply.

Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Storage, processing, and worker access

OAuth access credentials and tokens are stored only within authorized Whitcomb Homestead and Atlas-controlled infrastructure. They are not exposed to sandboxed task workers. When a task requires worker processing, a worker may receive only the specific materialized working files needed for that authorized task, without Google credentials or tokens.

Data may be processed or stored only as necessary for authorized Whitcomb Homestead operations, backups, provenance, audit, and records-management purposes. Access failures or uncertainty about authorization are handled by stopping the affected governed operation.

Sharing and disclosure

Whitcomb Homestead does not publicly share Google Drive files through this tool. Information may be handled by authorized Whitcomb Homestead personnel and infrastructure providers only as necessary to operate the authorized workflow, protect systems, maintain backups, or satisfy legal obligations.

Revoking Google access

An authorized user can revoke the tool’s access from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation stops future API access, but it does not automatically delete records or audit evidence already retained for authorized operational, backup, provenance, legal, or records-management purposes.
